Paràmetres tècnics
La càrrega en forma de BH és identificada per un portador buit i escorxat. El diàmetre d'un portador de volada pot oscil·lar entre 50mm i 150mm, depenent d'una aplicació. El conjunt de càrrega en forma és normalment entre 100mm i 300mm en total.
La forma escorxada en un transportista està dissenyada deliberadament. La profunditat d'un scollop pot ser {{0} mm, i el pas entre un parell de scollops consecutius pot ser 10 - 20 mm. Aquesta és una forma important per alliberar el màxim contingut energètic.
Farciment explosiu
Es poden emprar diàriament explosius de velocitat, com RDX (departament de recerca explosius) o explosius de diputat alt. La massa d'ompliment d'un explosiu pot estar entre 200 grams i 1 quilogram, segons la mida i l'ús.
L'explosiu s'embala de manera ben embalada per tenir una detonació homogènia. Es fa possible un gran plenament homogeni i densament un farciment explosiu mitjançant maneres expertes. Això és necessari per alliberar el poder de manera eficaç.
Material de revestiment
Descripció
El revestiment d'una càrrega de forma és un coure, en alguns casos un aliatge de coure. El coure és preferit per la seva capacitat satisfactòria de transferència d’energia i la seva excel·lent ductilitat. El gruix d’un revestiment pot ser ca. 1 - 3 mm.
El revestiment té forma acuradament de forma definitiva, forma hemisfèrica o forma de con. La forma té una importància crítica per centrar -se en l’impuls energètic de la detonació en una baixa d’alta velocitat o en un raig.
Procés de fabricació
Fabricació portadora
Els receptacles buits i anul·lats es construeixen en tecnologia mecanitzada de precisió. Els materials d’acer d’alta resistència, o aliatges, són seleccionats per ser resistents i per poder sostenir forces d’explosió.
Computer - Numèric: el tall de control s'està utilitzant per produir el patró de Scolloped amb maneres molt precises. Els transportistes mecanitzats se sotmeten a diverses inspeccions de qualitat, per exemple, inspeccions dimensionals i inspeccions per a l’acabat superficial.
Carrega explosiva
Quán
La càrrega explosiva es troba en un entorn segur per motius de seguretat. La quantitat d’explosiva es mesura acuradament i s’ompleix al vehicle per maquinària.
Per evitar aquestes oportunitats de vacua o un farciment no uniforme, en alguns casos, l'explosiu s'omple en diverses capes diferents, cadascuna de les quals es troba en la compacitat desitjada.
Instal·lació de revestiment
El revestiment pre-muntat s’insereix de manera acurada al transportista. El revestiment està alineat i posicionat al seu lloc mitjançant un equipament específic. El revestiment es fixa al seu lloc mitjançant adhesius o fixadors mecànics, segons la necessitat.
Control de qualitat i proves
Proves no destructives
Tècniques com les inspeccions de raigs X i les inspeccions de sonar identifiquen els defectes interns en el cas, el farciment i el revestiment. Això és la intenció de garantir que la càrrega en forma es troba en forma principal abans que s’activi.
Prova de rendiment
Les càrregues en forma de BH es troben en entorns simulats, així com amb entorns reals. En perfums, bé, es troben en pous de prova per obtenir capacitat productiva de fer. En defensa, està a prova sobre materials d’interès per penetrar en la capacitat. Els resultats de les proves s’examinen per intentar garantir els càrrecs en forma de complir els requisits, per exemple, una velocitat de jet, una profunditat de penetració i
diàmetre d’un forat.
